These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and your participation in programs at WILDSIDE NASHVILLE LLC. By using this site or training at our facility, you agree to these terms.

Use Of This Site

This site is provided for information about our programs and to allow you to contact us. You agree not to misuse the site or submit false or misleading information through our forms.

Membership Terms

Membership is $150/month for All Access, which includes unlimited classes across all programs plus 24-hour gym access for active members. The full membership agreement, including billing cycle, term length, and any applicable discounts, is signed in person at enrollment. The terms presented here are a summary; the signed agreement controls.

Liability Waiver

Combat sports and fitness training carry an inherent risk of injury. A signed liability waiver is required before participating in any class or program. The waiver terms are outlined on our Waiver page and completed in full at the gym before your first class.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Membership cancellation and refund policies are provided in detail at enrollment. As a general framework, members may cancel according to the terms of their signed agreement. Gym Conduct Rules

All members and guests are expected to follow gym rules, including:

• Maintain personal hygiene and train in clean gear.
• Respect mat etiquette — tap early, train controlled, leave ego off the mats.
• Follow all coach instructions during class.
• Treat coaches, staff, and training partners with respect.
• Report injuries and skin conditions before training.

Age Requirements

Programs are designed for adult participants. Any age requirements or restrictions for specific programs are confirmed at enrollment. A parent or guardian signature is required for any minor participant.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of WILDSIDE NASHVILLE LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Tennessee.
